Model route sheet & transport document for taxi licence

Attach a model route sheet (dienststaat) and model transport document (vervoerbewijs). Check art. 35 mentions, consistency between both PDFs, and articles 33–36 of the 2023 decree. Using the same test trip for both is good practice — not an identified official obligation. Chiron is a separate step.

Why the municipality asks for both models

The route sheet shows how the driver's duty day is recorded. The transport document shows what the passenger receives after a trip. Both must come from the same system. Using the same test trip makes review easier for the municipality — recommended, without an explicit regulatory requirement.

What the instructor compares
